The Catholic Caring Foundation is looking to hire a well-organised and loyal team player for our small, busy and welcoming organisation. This position is part time, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Catholic Caring Foundation does great charitable work by providing grants to many local community organisations while managing donations from our supporters.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Database/Donations administration
- Preparation of Accounts payable schedule
- Banking and supply of database general ledger to Finance Team
- Assisting in the general administration for Grants distribution
- General Office Duties
- Management support
- Direct liaison with key audiences
An immediate start is required for a multi tasker with excellent telephone manner, advanced computer skills, experience in Infosoft Fundraiser Pro or similar CRM system or legal accounting database such as Junior Partner would be advantageous along with a dedication to caring for people and community.
